Children within 45 days of their third birthday are not eligible for new cases.

Referral Date

The date the referral was received. This starts the 45-day IFSP deadline clock.

What happens when a case is created:

A Service Authorization (SA) will be automatically generated with a 60-day duration from the referral date
An ISC Agency assignment will be created for team assignment
The 45-day IFSP deadline will be tracked from the referral date
